What this page is

A copy of the Gambling Commission’s own register, read on 18 October 2026, limited to the businesses that hold an active remote licence for casino games or betting. For each one: the licensee, its account number, its licence numbers and the domains it declares to the Commission. Nothing here is ranked, scored or paid for, and in the UK Veredicto carries no affiliate links.

Offering gambling without a licence is an offence under section 33 of the Gambling Act 2005, so the register is the list that matters: if a domain is not on it, it is not licensed to take bets from customers in Great Britain.

The brands people check most

Each profile shows the licensee and account behind the brand, its licence numbers and the regulatory actions on its account. They are here because they are on the register and people search for them, not because anyone pays.

The rules every licensed site has to follow

Inviting, causing or permitting a child or young person to gamble is an offence under section 46 of the Gambling Act 2005. Online casino play and betting with a licensed operator are for adults aged 18 and over. Since 9 April 2025 the maximum stake on an online slot is £5 per game cycle for adults aged 25 or over, and since 21 May 2025 it is £2 for adults aged 18 to 24. The limits apply to online slots only, not to roulette or blackjack (Gambling Commission guidance). Since 19 January 2026 licensed operators cannot attach wagering requirements of more than 10 times to a bonus, and promotions that make you play two or more types of gambling (for example betting and slots) to unlock them are banned (Gambling Commission). Every online gambling operator licensed by the Gambling Commission has had to participate in GAMSTOP, the free online self-exclusion scheme, since 31 March 2020.

Tax on winnings

You do not pay tax on gambling winnings: the Gambling Commission states that winnings are tax-free for customers regardless of the amount won, and tax is levied on operators’ profits instead. Full detail on the gambling tax page.
