The formula, in public
The Trust Index is 18 yes-or-no criteria adding up to 10 points. It does not measure whether a casino pays well or whether its games are fun: it measures what the company makes checkable from outside.
The rule that stops unfair scores
A short page proves something is there, never that it is missing. And without at least 75% of the points verified there is no number: it reads “partial”. A zero looks like “awful site” when the fact is we could not read it.
Where it is applied today
In Peru, casino by casino, with the evidence behind every point. For the US, Spain and Brazil the official register is published along with what each site says about itself; the score arrives when the 18 criteria are checked one by one.
